Young Cheer/Stunting Formation 2

Our Young Cheer class provides elite cheer, tumble, jumps, and dance skills for ages 8–17. We allow for proper training and safe stunting techniques. These classes are taught by an elite cheerleader with over 15 years of experience and who has a NYAA Nationals Title!

 

Class goals include an emphasis on active listening, coordination, flexibility, and elite standing and running tumbling.

Young Cheer/Stunting Formation 1

Our Cheer Formation class will work on beginner and elite-level cheer stunting. We focus on proper grips and body positioning for bases and flyers. This class is led by elite cheerleaders with over 15 years of experience. Coaches are also certified to teach cheer stunting. We allow for proper training and safe stunting techniques.

 

Class goals include an emphasis on coordination, body awareness, teamwork, precision, and safety.

Cheer Conditioning

This class is open to all athletes at any ability. We focus on jumps, stretching, strength, and core muscles. 

 

Class goals include an emphasis on core strength and endurance for jumps, stunting, and tumbling.
