COMPETITIVE TEAMS

Do you have a gymnast who is ready for a challenge? 

 

Our competitive teams practice 2 to 4 days per week and travel to competitions all over the state of Michigan. They work so hard and we are so proud of them! 

 

We are always looking to grow our team, so if you’re interested, contact us about an assessment to see if your child is ready!

Advanced-Beginner Class

This class is designed for those gymnasts who are dedicated and determined to compete, but who may need some extra practice with the basics before moving up. Although the gymnasts in this class do not attend meets, they will be challenged, which allows them to “dip their toes” into the rigor of team training.

XCEL Team

The XCEL Team is made up of gymnasts who compete at USAG-sanctioned events. These gymnasts are evaluated based on skill level and then placed on this team by the Director and Head Competition Team Coach. There are five regular sanctioned meets per year, as well as the Michigan State Meet at the end of the season. Gymnasts competing at the XCEL Gold and Platinum levels can qualify to compete at regionals.

Tuition is charged monthly.

The gymnasts will train on vault, bars, beam, and floor at the level determined by the coaching staff. All routines are unique to each gymnast and are choreographed by the Team Coaching Staff. We follow all USA Gymnastics rules and guidelines for the XCEL levels.
